Summary: They only have bell service during their peak period, spring summer and fall. While I was there, the Special Olympics polar bear plunge was going on. The place was sold out and there wasn’t even a single luggage cart available. I am disabled and unable to carry large amounts of luggage, especially to the 12th floor. After a few calls from the front desk, someone finally brought down a couple of quarts that were left in the hallways. That added about 45 minutes to my check in. Even after I managed to get a hold of one of the carts there was no one there to help.

Summary: I had a very bad experience during my stay. I couldn't find any bath soap. The glass shower door was about to fall off. That's a very serious risk for anyone. I reported it and received no response.

Summary: The room is outdated, the tub had a permanent dirt mark, i had to have the shower curtain changed because of mold and my towels had holes in it. Told the manager. We went to the indoir pool and the wster was cold.
